This is a low-cost sliding scale payment option based on honesty, to increase inclusivity. Please do not use this unless you need it. I do not check any finacial details or anything. Payment will not be taken during book. I will reach out to take payment later. I can take most cash apps like Venmo. After you make the booking, I will personally reach out in 1-2 days by phone or email. I will ask some additional follow up questions, confirm the appointments, and clarify any questions you have. We will tailor sessions to your needs. Follow up questions, between consultations, by emails, calls, and texts are included. After the New Client Consultation, you will want to follow-up at least monthly, to stay on top of progress. Clients get to choose the location of the sessions depending on the type of session. Location options include your home, coffee/tea shops, grocery stores, a participating clinic office, an online video call, or even on walk/hike if you want! How long are sessions? My sessions are usually one hour long. Extra time will be charged at the same hourly rate, if we want to tailor sessions and make them longer. Unless I lose track of time and it is my fault for going over time, then there is no additional charge, which does happen. What are sessions and what could they include? We will tailor sessions to your needs, and we can determine together what your sessions include for the purpose of achieving goals and the best results. Sessions could include home visits that that monitor health number likes blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose. They could also include consultations about tips and strategies for targeting goals, grocery store tours, cooking classes, food preparation technique, environmental food changes, food science workshops, or me acting as a personal chef for you.
